The mask project-wise external price manages the activity records that are adjusted for a defined project. If these records are defined for a project or sub-project, these values override the global employee record (see also cost and pricing).

The mask consists of the following elements:

• Project: This field indicates the associated project.
• Employee: This field identifies the employee for whom this project is being customized. Changes made here do not change the original employee record.
• Function: This field is preset with the function of the employee and can be changed for the defined project.
• External Hourly Rate: The calculation rate of the employee is defined here. This will be charged to the customer for this project.
• Job Price Internal: The internal hourly rate of the employee is defined here.
• Note: This field is used to enter remarks.
